Returns & Policy

At lagoonmuse.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a return policy that allows you to return eligible items within a specified timeframe. Please review the following return guidelines before initiating a return:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
  3. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear will not be accepted for returns.
  4. Final sale items, clearance products, and personalized/customized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  5. Gift cards, promotional items, and free gifts are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item was received defective.

Exchanges

  1. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
  2. Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  2. Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will resolve the matter by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds
